All of the below events have happened and every single one of them was not mentioned by the company until they already were discovered by me. Why does the company keep shareholders in the dark regarding important events like these? What other important events are the company keeping quiet about? A company cannot and will not be successful without transparency. With the exception of the permit and the media credits the company still hasn't publically acknowledged any of this has even happend. What a shot in the mouth of shareholders.

I was the first to tell everyone that jbii would need an air permit to operate when everyone else said they didn't need any permit. I also said over 1 year ago that dealing with waste would be an issue when all others said it wasn't. How many other dd items do i need to bring to peoples attention before they start paying attention.. vasquez, permits, kaplanis lawsuit, kidd lawsuit, media credits being over valued, tape business being unprofitable..starting to figure it out?
