Then what is priced in terms of the appeal? A win? Of course a loss or the great probability of a loss is priced in. We might move down after a loss but we would recover quickly IMO as there is NO revenue from Nok priced in anyway and the shorts theory of licensees not paying is crazy imo.
NOK leadership is different now, and that may make their negotiating attitude different. I think they will settle, especially in light of BM's comments.
