CYBL is relatively young and the market that they are in business is growing growing and growing. The acceptance of LED products is proven to be cost effective and will eliminate many lighting that we know of today. Look at LED flat panel TV its just becoming more available and cost is going down. Eventually it will be the main stream of TV till LEP(light emitting polymers) become more reality. CYBL will succeed whether we like it or not. They may not have been successful before and that is the reason of the restructuring.
