IMO...and no question about it,
this will be a reverse split and more than likely 1:100 split.
Now that the word is out about the reverse split, you will start to see the share price increase. The company will be issuing more PR's over the next 2 weeks because they need the share price to be considerably higher than it is now. RIGH will want the share price to be closer to .002 at the close on the 15th, the day before the split. If the share price is at .002 at the close of the 15th it will then reflect an actual share price of .20 on the opening day of the 16th.
Starting this Monday and continuing the next 2 weeks we should start to see a major amount of buying which will increase the price.
It will be very important for the company to have the share price as high as possible in order to start their dilution. The dilution will be gradual over a period of 2 weeks so as not to decrease the share price less than .06 to .14.
Based on other companies who have done reverse splits that I have researched, this is the typical norm.
My present plan is to increase my share structure daily until the 12th and then reduce immediately that day to a reasonable amount that I can feel comfortable with.
Remember the company needs the share price high before the split and the shareholders need it low. Let the share price rise as high as possible by the 12th and then set yourself with a comfortable amount of shares. It will be very important that everyone set a "stop limit order" so not to lose your ass on the 12th. The MM's have been doing this for a long time and are very aware as to how this play goes and will follow the same trends they have in the past, so they will start buying also.
