IMO, it has to be r/s...if it were a f/s, for example, let's use 2:1....every million shares turns into 2 mil, and pps goes to .0002, if it's still trading at .0004 on the 16th. Not very attractive to new investors, but if it is r/s, pps could see single zeros; and I would guess pps would be around .04 with our shares reduced to the tune of 1:100. The f/s just doesn't make sense if you're trying to attract new money. Jmo
