As of September 30, 2010, there are no beneficial owners holding more than 10%.
There is one known corporate beneficial owner, Bancorp New Zealand. The Company is currently
discussing business arrangements with other Investment and Merchant Banks in line with the corporate
progression plans in place and their inclusion on the 8000inc Board.

I had my broker contact T/A and they received the same numbers as of October 27, 2010. So obviously no dilution as some have posted previously. :-)
