It is quite normal for the management of this company to sell shares after any run in the share price. Perhaps they expect the share to take a bounce because of the quarterly accounts. On the other hand, it really does not matter, it cost them nothing and it is all profit when they sell.
It would be nice for once to see them receive compensation for actually achieving something.
