There are plenty of reasons why there isnt a flood of PRs.

PRs cost money and PYCT has none (other than what they dump for CASH MONEY). When you are running a scam shell why waste thousands of dollars issuing flood of daily PRs when you can stuff the proceeds right into your pocket? You have to look at through the eyes of a Dominion of Melchizedek scammer. Issue an occasionally PR to string along the stuckholders and maybe even get them to buy more .0001 paper (.0002 if theyre lucky).

As for putting product on the shelves? That is only for real companies. The Dominion doesnt run real companies.
