There has to be a balance between

the wants of the customers and the needs of the shareholders. Suitably cryptic descriptions of deals would not offend the former and would go a long to dealing with shareholder concerns.

News that supported the shareprice would be good for company moral and would likely aid in sales to concerned customers. A firmer share price could also lead to share issuance, if required, at levels that make sense to support the growing business.
