I agree with everything you say.

As for Starke ~~ how else is he going to keep the PPS down if he doesn't make negative (unfounded) comments! Remember how they played it back in Feb. and then right before the GSA terms were announced they pumped WAMU to help run up the prices.

How difficult would it be for the examiner to come and tell that there are major problems with the seizure itself and the seizure should be cancelled?

However, with the power entrusted in me, I report and expose without any bias whatsoever.. HOCHBERG !!! That is the motto he is working by.. THe UST made sure to put in an individual who can not be bought off.

The press has been bought off many moons ago, they will fluff the Examiners report. They are dispicable and should go find a new profession, like Garbage Collection or something, because even when they see it, smell it anf feel it, they may still believe "it's not garbage !!!!" Until they go home and the wife says "YOU STINK !!!!"

The media coverage of this case has enabled many of us to get into this stock at levels we would not have been able to had the coverage been more realistic. These kinds of articles scare off the average investor, as do the facts that it's on the pink sheets and a bankrupt stock. If more people were aware of the reality, the price might be higher and might have been higher, but for those of us who have wanted to accumulate positions and hold for the outcome, the media have actually helped us.
