Thanks a lot jal... but after 25 years in this market, I've must learned something :)

A cashflow of 15M$ is a hell of money for a junior company like PTQ. Don't forget also that we'll be around 150M shares. A venture seems to me a good strategy cause they have the possibity to issue some more shares without hurting the shareholders depending of the kind of investment.

Fifer seems to be a highlight in PANAMA. He seems not to be the man who give some of his $$$. But with the Korean investing soon in that area, I am praticly sure he's gone join them and be part of their board.

I'm very enthousiastic cause they have so much possibilities. More it goes, more I trust Fifer and his team.
