Great question. Dissolved usually means cancelled, but I am not sure what Merge means in this case. It is a little troubling that Mark is the secretary, director, president and treasurer.
Reason: he made the comment when he decided against the Reverse stock split that Administration decided collectively that there would not be reverse.
To me, if Mark is the only member of the company(s)then he is not being truthful here (if there are no other current members). However he did state for ACDS that his brother and someone else will become members of the company(s) (for copswap)so maybe they have 3 administrative people now for both companies (ADCS and MIKP).
As long as we are going forward and that progress is being made and that there is a plethora of news like Mark claims this is all good.
You have to admit, this whole thing sounds hilarious. Reminds me of the wizard of oz (where the wizzard)was all of these different entities in one person.
