what was wrong?

i don't control what the co. does or when
they do it .. no one was more disappointed
than i that info expected on 9/15 wasn't delivered

i can only go off of what is known and when it is known by

i know for a fact when pink sheets got paid
so fins could be *uploaded* .. tho' the rsa
security device wasn't rec'd in till just b4
SM on 9/15 .. again i know cause i *verified*
those *aspects* myself

i also know when the firm that did fy 2009 fins
got paid .. or close to it based on the date on
their cover sheet .. that was 9/10/2010

and as i've posted to YOU .. er .. previously
no one has to take my analysis based on my DD
i'm not asking them to .. i'm stating that it
is my belief that this is what *kendrick* will do
if indeed he is the ceo .. but until *full transparency*
is achieved it's just an opinion based on *analysis* of
what is *currently* known

i always look forward to what other *analysis* is on offer
in this .. er .. *venue*

one thing that is crystal clear *factually* is the lack of
volume done on exph in 2010 .. vs. 2009

gee i wonder why that is .. ;-)

nah i really don't .. and i look forward to at least one
entity doing their job in due course :)

and *others* taking skill sets *learned* over the last 15 months
and *utilized* elsewhere .. cause what *transpires* on exph isn't
*UNIQUE* to exph :0
