one thing that is crystal clear *factually* is the lack of
volume done on exph in 2010 .. vs. 2009

It isn't a mystery... it is because TDA has not allowed trading of EXPH in 2010 and did for the majority of 2009.

i know for a fact when pink sheets got paid
so fins could be *uploaded* .. tho' the rsa
security device wasn't rec'd in till just b4
SM on 9/15 .. again i know cause i *verified*
those *aspects* myself

Was the verification thru a independent third party or thru a communication with EXPH executives? There is a big difference considering the double talk coming out of EXPH.
