While I don't dismiss what you say, the one thing you fail to consider is that insiders themselves are considerable s/h. To devastate the stock would be to devastate their own investments. I'm sure they're no happier about the current state of affairs, but like I've said before, if it weren't for their own investments, chances are management would have blasted out hundreds of millions of new shares to speed things up. Since they have not, obviously they are doing what they can to bring value back, even if it takes more time that they'd/we'd like.
