They don't, if the parties agreed to thar situation as part of the settlement, and that still bothers me but not enough to sell

I'm happy getting the patent and the Harp. I do know that Paul didn't want Lee to get any of the restricted shares, nor did he want Lee to have anything to do with the company. But, he might've had to give in a bit, IMO, minus damages. If that happened, it would've been a bitter pill to swallow in order to get the show on the road.
