6 New Dockets on PACER.

They don't say much, mostly about documents that need to be transfered from Cameron Park to Loverlock to help with the auction. But sifting thru the 50+ pages, I came across this which is interesting:

B. The Court Should Compel The Filing Of Monthly Operating Reports By The
Debtor’s Officers.11. The Debtor’s officers previously acknowledged to the Operations Manager their
obligation file the Debtor’s monthly operating reports.
12. Accordingly, the Court should compel Debtor’s officers to file the past due
monthly operating reports by no later than November 20, 2010.

Which will hopefully mean a SEC filing and possibly a mention of the auction. Or at least another docket in PACER with their current MOR, which would make an interesting read.
