Maybe you misunderstood my question.

By definition and according to the company Thomas Kelly is the ONLY insider.

Saying that "no insiders are selling any shares" merely indicates that Mr. Kelly isn't selling any shares. If that is all that you intended to convey, that's fine with me. If you are saying that other people, people that you consider to be insiders but who do not meet the standard definition of insiders, are selling, then who exactly are you referring to?

I have in mind exactly what I said, no insiders are selling any shares.

You have absolutely no way to verify that because the transfer agent has not released any share information since last month.

Some of the float is being bought back according to the latest PR!

Absolutely no way to verify that without having the authorized, outstanding and restricted share structure from the T/A.

The company can say anything they want in a PR, but it doesn't mean diddly squat if you cannot verify it with the transfer agent.

Essentially the T/A is gagged by their own volition, and will not release and information that is strictly prohibited unless directed to so by the company on an individual basis.
