The standard definition of insiders includes corporate officers, directors and 10% beneficial owners. According to the company's most recent report there are no 10% beneficial owners and Thomas Kelly is the only officer/director.

When you say that "there are no insiders selling any shares" are you simply saying that Thomas Kelly isn't selling any shares? Or do you have other shareholders in mind when you use the term "insiders"? If so, who are they?

Who enlisted the special forces? You make it sound like a military organization, instead of light being shed in dark areas by message board posters.

Haaaaa LOLOL EIGH is doing that quite well all by themselves, they don't need any help.

The SEC isn't about to halt EIGH.

And you unequivocally know that how?

EIGH is a potential HUGE money maker.

That kind of already happened for all the ones that sold, all the while attempting to keep the PPS as high as possible.

Totally undervalued in my opinion.

The value here would really be quite high if you were in a hot air balloon and needed lots of that commodity.
