Thanks for the insight BBF. I had come to the same conclusions in items 1-3, although, unless you have specific info on Items 4-9 that you just can't share, I looks like that is speculation.
For me personally, I wish MBB had never told the SEC about the plans to sell equity. I understand politically why he did it, as it relates to possible future dealings with NHSEC or any other quasi-government entity. But for our stock price, I'm pretty certain that those statements have held our price down, possibly as much as 1/10th of what it would have been at this time without that kind of info being divulged. The economy is such that I have to start selling some. Not due to lack of faith in MBB or LLEG, I just need some money to pay some medical bills, etc. I just wish I could be selling at 1-4 pennies per share instead of .3-.4 pennies. Just my dumb luck, the day that I finally run out of shares, this thing will go to the moon, LOL.
