Civil, let's just say it is all of the above. Now, with that in mind realize that I am not privy to insider information. But if you are good at reading people and statements and documents for minute details, often overlooked miniscule things which are relevent to building an accurate picture, and have a good feel for what the M.O. of a Management Team are about, it is much easier to piece together a fairly acurate sketch of what is going on within the company. I have had LLEG for about 4 years now and have listened and watched most of that time without getting involved much in the "conversations" until recently.

B4 going any further though let me clarify one point, it is my opinion that something would/should happen this week based on my speculation that we were not more than a few weeks away from a major event unfolding when I first announced my prediction. Now I may be off by a day or a week or possibly even more but, I am positive that we are so very, very close to this happening that it is very hard for me to contain myself and my enthusiasm. The fact that there is still a news and information blackout on the NewCo deal and Monday's uplist announcement shows me that there is indeed something much bigger very close to completion that is tied to that deals details being released.

I have relented on a few occassions to give out a few clues as to my predictions based on my dd, and regretting even those scant remarks as it has made it very difficult to obtain the additional shares I wanted at the pps I would have liked to have gotten them, my last buy being Friday when I managed to pick up nearly 4m shares @34 with my standing order while I was out of town.

The main reason I decided not to offer up details on what I discovered is what happened to us on our last run when we had so many day traders that had bought on speculation and dumped on news killing our run B4 it even got off the ground. IMO This news will be ten times the potentcy of that news and likely will be difficult to contain or curtail the upward trajectory that I see coming, hence my thoughts were, but why take the chance? I think we are close enough I can fill you in as to the conclusions I have made thus far based on my dd;

Here is what I see coming to our stock without being too specific on exact details of my conclusions;

1. Cash out of NewCo deal w/income from a management agreement.
2. Berlin monies reinvested into another project, look to MA.
3. New project will have LLEG majority stake, thanks to Berlin $$.
And due to Mike's maticulous nature for details I also think, and have strong indications that;
4. Permits will be in place.
5. PPA will be in place.
6. Financing, if necessary, will be in place.
7. Partnership will be in place.
8. R.E.C.'s will be grandfathered and verified.
9. Tax Credits will be lined up and available.

For these events to have their desired effect on pps, the need to uplist is/was apparent. I expected it with or after the main announcement but I will settle with just B4 as just as good.

I am providing all on our board with these details now for your peace of mind as I feel my "opinions" will be attacked enough w/o my citing sources for opinions that it shouldn't attract day traders w/o documentary evidence supporting my conclusions hopefully at least partially protecting us from another sell off on news due to speculative pre-news buying.

I ask 3 things in return for providing this information. First, DO NOT PUMP this anywhere. This is for our use exclusively so that we longs are more comfortable holding and/or adding to our positions till news actually breaks. Second, NO COMPLAINING if the timeline I anticipated is off a little. As I said, not privy to insider info so this is a totally educated guess, but one I am very comfortable with. And lastly, do not ask for details on how I figured this out. Sorry, but if I document everything in detail, it provides the groundwork for flippers to buy in pre-run and trashing our run, at least partially depending on their pocket depth and I will not be responsible for that one.

I am still buying but not saying anymore at what level as everytime I do someone puts in buy orders just above me. I am now going to sit as quietly as I can and wait. GLTUA ! ! !
