You asked where the sales/revenue was coming from since you couldn't find anything. So I answered that question.
No one knows the share structure so you are asking a question with out an answer yet.
But IMO the RS and lack of dilution are very meaningful for a merger or uplisting.
Since the company has NOT sold new shares here your ownership percentage has not changed, but your overall value has dropped because the price is not at a nickel.
Perhaps if you started being more positive about looking forward instead of backwards you would be both happier and richer for it.
