News, financials released or a group jumping in and getting some MOMO going. Any of these can get it moving. Happens all the time. Heck the MM's can even get it going themself if they want too. All they gotta do is paint a few pictures by filling some of the sell orders that we know are sitting there at higher prices. Then it starts hitting a few radars and the rest is history.
