Just filed a few days ago...it doesnt look very promising even if common survive to me because some fund is hijacking it. Tiny company in the first place, then even if the commons are receiving the 10-20% that isn't mentioned it will get a 15:1 R/S. Also, the way they are electing the BOD looks a little suspect to me, may not be able to apply for uplisting under that scenario. Might want to stay away from this one.
