Don't understand why the SEC has not shut down this outfit yet. The divi debacle was pretty outrageous.

You are missing one piece and that is that Carl Duncan was the partner of Donald Mintmire a disbarred lawyer who served time in federal prison. Durland was a nominee for both. Mintimire made the shells for these deals including Pegasus and many other Duncan companies. They use the same shells over and over then they do their investor relations while they sell stock. When they are done selling stock. They come up with a new business and start over!

They go through the name changes and restructuring but the same people and the same addresss keep showing up. Yes, the same attorneys and auditors both licensed and disbarred.
Google the phone numbers on the Edgar filings. Many different companies come up with common addresses. It is not hard to do due diligence on these people.
They use an investor relations firm in Palm Beach ran by Doug Martin. His site is www.dpmartin.com/contact.html. Doug Martin works with Eiten to do the stock promotion. He was also an officer/nominee in Medical Makeover. Duncan worked with the Charles Adams also listed as a Mintmire Nominee in a company known as Innovative Financial Resources. Look at New Market Technology, First Quantum Ventures, Elva International, Immunis.. A Basic google search shows the drop box, executive suite addresses on Australian Ave, Vista Park Way, and Palm Beach Lakes Blvd.
