The casino doesn't exist. You supposedly have to fill out an application to gain entry into the casino. The casino also has the same address listed on its website as 4 or 5 of the other "companies" owned by EIGH. Just a suite number. I am betting it goes to a mailbox etc.

Virginia doesn't allow casino gambling. You have to go to West VA for that.
