They can't ranger... they rely on the ignorance of juries and their ability to bs...heaven help them when someone like Judge Ward is hearing the case...they better tread lighty, as stated on this board.imo
OT:Some where..there is an expert hired gun equal to the task..in fact it is a thriving business model to just inventory these EXPERTS who can provide testimony ..they set the price..and then ask which side are they advocating!..
Even with weeks of coaching by a wireless engineer, I can't imagine how a lawyer can defend or try to invalidate such a patent in court.
