If shares are non-tradable for any reason.....they are restricted and have a leggend attatched to them.

The company now admits that the T/A has only 5,000,000 restricted shares and the float is 138 + mil.

Have fun.

The O/S is 143,824,000 in which 77,391,750 shares is the true float BECAUSE 66,432,250 shares of the O/S IS NON DILUTABLE under a financing agreement that the company instituted........

What financing agreement? With whom and what are the terms? They have no details listed in their financial filings about this. and since they (quite falsely) claim to be accounting in accordance with US GAAP, they should discuss this in the footnotes.

That is the problem with this scam. They make a lot of claims which later turn out to be totally false.

Craig Baker- I still have all of my shares ( about a quarter million) which are still not for sale. I think that some ( a few) gave up hope and sold, but there are still a huge number of us still waiting for positive events, suc has shares retired, great quarterly revenue numbers, other surprises. This could definitiely go up very quickly and soon again. I do believe that there are a large number af NSS that will help the share price rise.

My question for you ( or others) - how can the company retire 57 million shares? Do they have to buy them at open market? Can they buy them from current large shareholders in a seperate deal? If they have to buy on the open market, isn't that the same as the "short squeeze" effect we are hoping for. ( shorts buying/covering about that same number). That doesn't seem to make sense as share price will get too high to buy them all.
