Trap for who??? The shareholders, that's who.

The company has made it clear they will dilute us into oblivion at will and have backed that up by increasing the A/S to 100M. The shareholders have had NO representation EVER in this company. Lanza gets up in the morning, wants to buy breakfast for the clan so prints up a Billion or so sharesand dumps them. THAT IS HOW THIS COMPANY IS RUN!

O/S is about 22.5B by the way - 17B was a month ago.
