Not all Europeans sold out before March 12. I am from Berlin and I will stay long until the end (400k Wamuq) even though I could have made significant profits by flipping.
Isn't there a chartist tool to measure volatility? I would like to chart this from mid 2008 to present to see how this changed. I am still used to seeing much much more daily movement than we have seen in the last several months...say...since July or so. In fact, I would go as far as to say this has been moving like a "big boy" (NYSE) stock.
