it was pretty clear to a few us here that the .10 divi was a pipe dream ,and another way to pump the stock up. FWIW I thought they would atleast give the .005 divi but the either got greedy or dont have the cash . I dont buy that at the last minute a lawyer advised against me and Im suprised they didnt come up with a better excuse . Call me a skeptic I guess I have to be I trade pennies.

I have the right because they are a group of low down lying swindlers. They never intended to pay the divi. It was all an enticement to get suckers to buy into this scam.

A legit group would make certain of the legality of a corporate action before they filed it, and PRed it over and over again--not wait till one day before it is due to cancel it after it has been responsible for a tremendous amount of buying.

If I had owned this scam and they had pulled this on me, I would have sued them in a heartbeat. The case is a layup.

Just because they were advised to not proceed with the divi, what right does that give you to state the following?
