I was never here for the dividend! This is not the first company to PR a divi, and not follow through! And will not be the last!

Company cancels div 24 hours before payment
no way to put a good spin on that

Actually it is worse than that. They hyped that dividend for almost a month and had promoters out hyping it all over the web. Then they canceled it. Like a group of low down thieves.
