One last point. The CEO of the hospital wasn't exactly emphatic, as you noted. But keep in mind that he has to protect the interests of his hospital, and no caregiver can afford to create the impression that their hospital is in critical need of AsepticSure. So he couldn't say anything that would seem like a tacit admission that his institution has an infection problem, and for all we know, they really don't.
That's why waterdog's suggestion that maybe Health Canada will get involved has a lot of appeal, because the government indeed has the responsibility to ensure the safety of all of their institutions, and no specific site would be singled out as having a problem.
