CEO screwed up the divi call... plain and simple.... thought his "non-tradeable" portion of the tradeable float used for financing equated to profits that could be claimed and paid out as dividend... turns out he couldn't... period.

But don't worry, the money's there.... at least it WAS there.... ;-)
