The way I see it is if this gets locked in court for a while, it will be an incredible buying opportunity if the sp tanks on that news....

But in truth, I think if P-19 passes, it will make these stocks go crazy, and even if the feds step in to slow down the train, the sp's will still be well above their current levels....

Time will tell.

Feds cant do that buddy. Not sure where you are getting your sources from but those kinds of ideas / statements takes us into 'silly season'.

Did the market find out what the FEDS are going to do if Prop 19 passes? Something sure happens to drive the price down from over 2 cents to a penny. Not much volume took the price from .017 to .010. Could manipulators be stting up another run so they brought it back down to load up again? I thought this runup was early. The vote is still almost two weeks away. There are still 9 trading days left before we know the results.

Feds need the legal revenue this will bring. California is also broke. US has over spent on who knows what. They may put up a fuss for the public but they need the revenue stream.
