I heard the FEDS were going to step in and block the passing of Prop 19. What will that do to the stock price even if it is only a temporary setback. If it is voted in, doesn't it have to go in?
The FEDS don't think so. This may be a sell November 2nd or 3rd before the FEDS put up the stop sign.
