Stooge I know you meant to type NI43-101.

I am looking to China for the ENZR boost.. they need vanadium and have raised interest rates to attract money and to cool off their explosive building expansion ( they will need lots of Vanadium ) going forward.. and I believe China will try to tie up vanadium resources to support their expansion .

Also , I believe China is hoarding their natural ( Vanadium and others) resources to attract companies to move their manufacturing plants to China in order to have access to ever diminishing rare earth resources in an attempt to make China the World Financial Center.

If I am right ... we are sitting pretty.. in a very enviable position holding ENZR stock at a $.20 pps !!
