Odds are they are only paying people who still hold the shares and think this is actually a company.

Even though Ex Date was specifically stated 12/31/09. Of course they also PR'd .008 so I didn't expect them to honor anything.

One question: did you send a separate request for each account, or did you send one request containing the info for all three accounts? I think you can understand why I ask.
