I suspect most people supplied the correct info to the company. The instructions were straight forward.

As I have said in the past: I have three accounts. I was notified on one of my three accounts. The correct info was supplied on all three accounts. The company has chosen to ignore my request for the dividend that they are paying on two of my three accounts.

Their mistake, not mine. Others on these boards not receiving their dividends strike me as capable people. I think the company is nickle/diming us hoping for an increase in the price per share, and a chance to blow this pop stand with us holding the bag.
