The article shows both side of the problem regarding VGPR: A company issuing too many shares and having accomplished anything yet (except diluting shareholders investments), people investing savings, loosing them and then beginning to do an extensive DD of the Company. Finally, people having not invested a penny but spending so much time doing DD and posting the result of their research on a message board.
I did try to trade the stock but did not cut my loss. Instead I tried to average down, hoping for new PR pushing the price up. Nothing came out and I am now one of the "bagholders" but with money I can afford to loose. I am responsible of my loss and not looking for Vendetta ;-)

Molen has the feduciary responsibilty under civl law to post accurate information when the information is used to sell or buy a publicly traded firm

Dear Uptick, There are no hidden agendas. Most people do not want new investors to buy Vega stock since the company is a complete scam. Alerting the public to this fraud is a way of informing the marketplace that the firm's management is frauding the investors in a consistent manner. This is just a pump and dump stock that has nothing to do with biofuels. For BrasilOps, I just want Molen out of business for good, preferable with the SEC taking action to punish Molen.
