The article shows both side of the problem regarding VGPR: A company issuing too many shares and having accomplished anything yet (except diluting shareholders investments), people investing savings, loosing them and then beginning to do an extensive DD of the Company. Finally, people having not invested a penny but spending so much time doing DD and posting the result of their research on a message board.
I did try to trade the stock but did not cut my loss. Instead I tried to average down, hoping for new PR pushing the price up. Nothing came out and I am now one of the "bagholders" but with money I can afford to loose. I am responsible of my loss and not looking for Vendetta
