Germany, USA is a rival China attacked both campaigns networks last month. Yesterday, they raised interest rates that will hurt the USA and the dollar. Canada,(no offense to Canadians intended), is viewed in China as USA "north" because of close cultural background and history. Maybe you are on to something and the Asians are buying Petaquilla.
