I partly understand 'that's $29BB we have now', but do you know how the DIP were viewing this claim? Since a ruling on this claim reduced its impact by $29BB, is the asset side of the ledger sheet increased? Do we even know what Rosen and the DIP have listed to account for their $7-8BB in assets?

Can someone help with this?
