In this case only some creditors are entitled.

Equity in this case,so far, does not have a voice in this DS/POR so only the creditors can object.
For our purposes in understanding Her Honor's decision yesterday, the objections raised by the creditors did not address the adequacy of the DS. if I remember correctly most of those with standing removed their objections or supported the DS as written.
