wow spooky watching SVU law and Order they are on a case or a dromant serial killer using a 3 letter anagram RDK. Just like teh Wichita serial killer just arrested yesterday who used the BTK anagram - a dormant case for almost 30 years. Maybe the recent surfacing of this Wichita guy about a year ago prompted the idea for this episode
