No they are not fine. They PRed that they were going to pay a .10 divy out of retained earnings. Then thursday they PR that they arent allowed to pay a divi because it has to be from retained earnings. Then a .005 divi is paid. LMAO
The SEC will be knocking and the brokerages who paid the divi will be reporting EIGH to the SEC, and the SEC will listen.
