Well. It was the reponsibility of WEIL to tell the BOD what to file and when. They are the legal minds behind this.
This board and Mngt should have known when to file with FDIC, again lawyers are suppose to tell to file.
Or not file, which what WEIL advised or accepted.
Two years after, we as shareholders see what WEIL was trying to do. WEIL had no intention of protecting the shareholders, they were conflicted..........This reads like post everyone has heard b4 and just re-hash of old posts....
