All the RS I have experienced have been bad for the stock holder. The pps plummets and everyone except the CEO loses!! Penny stocks lose their value with RS. I do not recommend an RS..bad news!!! Never been involved in a reverse merger yet!!

I wouldn't mind a RS if there was a legitimate business to move forward, unlike what TM did to us. Sell shares to make money..
