Granted, but i have been in one that worked.
Here is my take on this, If (and it's a BIG if) AW can RM into AMNE, reduce share structure and bring a product to the market.

The hard part is changing perception, AMNE has a history of RS's that have not benefited shareholders. AW sure does have his work cut out for him on this one.

If i had enough money, i would force a "HOSTLE take-over" and buy the Co. this too happens, and shareholders benefit, well sometimes.

Not all RSes are bad. Only ones on the pink sheets. I have a stock that trades on the TSX that did a 1:5 and now I'm up 4000% post split. Too bad I'm down 99% on stocks like AMNE.
