Thanks for the insights and explanations of the legal procedings.

I too am impressed by Markle's moves. It truly amazes me at how blatent the other side is,... thinking that in those circumstances that Williamson can continue to represent Diac,... but yes it just might have been a pre-planned tactic,... or it could have been a VERY DESPERATE move on their part.

Getting down to a few pieces in chess, we sometimes do desperate moves just to keep the game going,.. we simply can't face loosing and all it's consequences.
